Biometrics 2010 will take place at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster, London, USA, 19-21 October 2009. As with previous events in the series the 3-day conference is supported by a large exhibition.

14 Oct : Final programme now available
The conference programme is now complete. The final presentation completing this years programme is by Martin Šimka, Security Consultant at the Polish Security Printing Works who works on identification solutions at mass event participants. His presentation will look at the use of biometrics in sports arenas.

8 Oct: Privacy Debate – Participants announced
Participants are today announced for the Interactive debate: Privacy – The Elephant is in the Room! Matthew Ennis will be joined by Mr. Samir Nanavati, Partner of International Biometric Group; Michiel van der Veen, CEO of priv-ID and Terrance E. Boult, CEO/CTO Securics Inc and El Pomar Professor of Innovation and Security, University of Colorado. Speakers and presentation titles are today revealed for outstanding presentation slots at Biometrics 2009. These new speakers include John D Christensen, Account Executive for Biometrics and Identity Management at Northrop Grumman Corporation who will give delegates a systems integrators perspective of the use of biometrics. The conference program is today announced for Biometrics 2009. More than 45 international experts include representatives from the European Commission, US Federal Bureau of Investigation, German Federal Office of Administration, National Biometric Security Project (NBSP), UK Identity and Passport Service, UK Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the UK Border Agency among others.

Biometrics 2009 – the 12th World Conference and Exhibition on the Practical Application of Biometrics will take place at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster, London 20-22 October 2009. The exhibition is open 21-22 October 2009.
